At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be fearless, even if the fit isn't perfect. If your order didn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
